Dynamic’s post-tensioning multi-strand anchorage system is widely used both in India and internationally. Our anchorages are designed to accommodate a range of strand sizes, including 12.5 mm, 12.9 mm, 15.2 mm, and 15.7 mm, and can support configurations from 3 to 55 strands. Several of our anchorage systems have been rigorously tested to meet industry standards, including IS 1343, IRC 112, BS 4447, FIP 1993, and BS EN 13391 specifications.
Wedges and barrels are essential components for securing prestressing wires or strands to reaction beams. The selection of these components is based on the type and diameter of the prestressing wire being used. Dynamic’s reusable grout caps are durable cast products, rigorously tested at 10 bar pressures. Each cap comes with a sealing O-ring and requires fasteners for secure installation. Our end caps are made from steel and coated with a hot-dip galvanized finish to provide robust protection against corrosion. These caps are equipped with air vents, sealing gaskets, and fastened with hex bolts for optimal performance.
Dynamic Prestress offers a complete range of grout caps and end/protection caps, tailored to meet customer-specific requirements. Our reusable grout caps are commonly used in round anchorage systems for pressure grouting.
